My Special Arbonne Gift

I won this beautiful necklace in our Arbonne team raffle. My wonderful friend and Arbonne National VP sent this to me along with a note that included a lovely quote: "The greatest oak was once a little nut who held its ground."

The Skinny on Exercise

Exercise boosts blood circulation and the delivery of nutrients to your skin, helping to detoxify the body by removing toxins. As exercise boosts oxygen to the skin, it helps increase the production of collagen, the connective tissue that keeps your skin elastic.

Tattoo

I read a great quote today in my Experience Life magazine (a publication of Lifetime Fitness). Water Snob

We love our new water! Every week we fill up recyclable water jugs at Whole Foods -- with reverse osmosis, amazingly clean water -- and then place the water jugs inside this puppy & we get both instant hot & cold water. Pure, clean, yummy water. I wish they made a travel size! :)

Walk it Off

Because exercise helps use up oxygen, it causes your body to burn stored fat. If you walk 4 miles a day, 4 times a week, you can burn 1,600 calories a week. If you don't change your diet at all and walk that same distance for six months, you'll lose about 12 pounds. Walk that same distance for a year and you'll drop about 24 pounds! Mayo Clinic
