Glutathione: Your New Best Friend!
You are probably asking "Gluta-what?!". Glutathione. Here is an excellent article about Glutathione: http://elmag.com/glutathione . The Arbonne Essentials line contributes to increased Glutathione production in the body via the use of Milk Thistle, Resveratrol, Vitamin C, Selenium, Alpha Lipoic Acid and N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine. That is totally awesome! It's not surprising that Arbonne's product development team is already aware of this little-known antioxidant's incredible benefits and thus finding ways to help us all naturally increase our production of this powerful antioxidant.

A-PEEL-ing??
This is why I only use Arbonne's Cellular Renewal Masque. I don't want to take any chances!
From CNN Health:
"There's no denying that they work: Chemical peels can brighten and lighten skin to dramatic effect, and help reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots. But some of these formulas are so powerful that they can cause burns and even scarring if handled incorrectly -- and since they're being used more frequently these days, and in more casual settings (like spas rather than a dermatologist's office), the potential for danger is multiplied.
Nia Terezakis, MD, a clinical professor of dermatology at Tulane University Medical Center and dermatologist in private practice in New Orleans, has seen patients come in with white doughnut shapes around their mouths after getting peels from inexperienced salon technicians who left the solution on for too long, permanently damaging the pigment there.
'There's nothing in the world that will put the color back in your skin after that,' Dr. Terezakis says."

Spring Cleaning
Happy First Day of Spring! I like to teach my girls to say "I can do anything!" and we shout it out loud 3 times in a row. I can see how confident and happy they feel when we do this little exercise together. Sometimes our minds, as adults, get so full of clutter and thoughts that don't really serve us well. How about some mental spring cleaning.... stand in front of your bathroom mirror and say out loud 3 times - with emphasis! - "I can do ANYTHING!". You may feel silly at first but I promise by the 3rd time you will feel great and at least you will be smiling in the process! :)

You Can't Label Me
Do you read labels? Food labels, that is. If you do read food labels than you are on the right track. Sort of. If you are reading food labels to make healthier choices than that is a step in the right direction. The best thing to do with food labels though is to choose foods without labels, meaning avoid processed foods. Shop the "outside" of the grocery store. The aisles in the middle are generally full of processed foods that contain preservatives, High Fructose Corn Syrup, additives, food dyes/food coloring, high sodium content -- the list goes on! So find the foods that can't be labeled -- eat whole foods whenever possible (and organic is always best) -- and notice the difference in how you feel. Try it!
